SpliceVarDB Variant Upload

Users can submit published or unpublished variants experimentally validated splice-altering variants. These variants will be incorporated into SpliceVarDB following manual review.

Published - Please submit any papers that you find with experimentally validated splice-altering variants. We ask if the submitter was involved in the publication, but it is not a requirement.

Preprint - We happily accept preprinted results, pending the availability of the experimental validation results in the manuscript. When the preprint is published, we can appropritately adjust the attribution.

Unpublished - We accept results for unpublished variants with the supply of additional supporting evidence. We ask that the submitter be involved in the generation of results or the request for validation. If the variant is published in the future, please let us know and we can appropritately adjust the attribution.

We ask that you upload variants via the form below. For bulk variant uploads, a template has been provided. If you are having difficulties, please email Patricia Sullivan at psullivan@ccia.org.au.
